Mike Thompson
Michael Thompson is an award-winning artist who has spent the last 30 years creating illustrations for clients such as Marvel, Hasbro, Dimension Films, Cartoon Network, and Warner Bros. His incredible illustration work has been featured in books and used as videogame covers, movie posters, and toy packaging. Infiniti Motors, Intel and Coca-Cola have even featured Mike’s art in advertising campaigns, and he received three Clio Awards for the films Hidden Figures, Deadpool 2 and They Cloned Tyrone.
More recently Mike was the Senior Character Artist & Art Outsource Manager for Zenimax Online Studios
Michael’s digital-sculpting clients include Sideshow Collectibles, and Nike, Netflix, HBO to name a few.
Mentorship Structure
- We kick off with a strategy call to lock your target (set milestones).
- You get four 90-minute 1:1 sessions with Mike (live, screen share, paintovers/sculpt-overs).
- Every session ends with clear action items (checklist + references); all sessions are recorded.
- Cadence is weekly or bi-weekly—whatever works for you.
- Need to move a date? One reschedule with 24-hour notice, no problem.
- Want to keep pushing? You can renew for another four sessions and build the next portfolio piece.
